Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, since they are made specially for you.

  • Non-customized items may be eligible for return if:

    • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

  • To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product photos.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return request is approved, you may be asked to ship the product back in its original packaging.

  • After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

Important Notes

  • As all products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, or texture are natural and will not qualify for returns.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.

  • Shynore reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet our policy terms.
