Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, since they are made specially for you.

Non-customized items may be eligible for return if:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

The wrong item was delivered.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product photos.
Refunds & Processing

Once your return request is approved, you may be asked to ship the product back in its original packaging.

After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).
Important Notes

As all products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, or texture are natural and will not qualify for returns.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
